Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking passionate group fitness instructors to lead AQUA at the Winchelsea Swimming Pool. Experience is welcome, and qualifications must meet industry standards.

You could also teach Boot Camp, Les Mills BODYPUMP, Boxercise and more, delivering engaging sessions that benefit our community. Join our team to help members stay active and healthy, with opportunities for development within a growing national organisation.

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III in Fitness or higher and related certifications.
• Must hold current Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia registration.
• Must hold Senior First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Must have Working with Children Check.
• Must be available mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Previous fitness-industry experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Teach AQUA and other Centre group fitness classes listed (Boot Camp, Les Mills formats, etc.).
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to members.
• Be flexible to cover shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

The Role

We are looking for amazing group fitness instructors to teach AQUA at our Centre.

Experience desired, qualification needs to meet industry standards.

We also have Boot Camp, Les Mills BODYPUMP, Boxercise, Deep Water Aerobics, Fast Track, Gentle Circuit, Hydrotherapy, Master Squad, Metabolic Pump, Pilates, Stretch, Swiss ball & Zumba if you are interested in teaching any of these classes.

Skills & Attributes

• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
• Certificate III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
• Relevant Program Certification (eg -Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Barre, Cycle, Circuit, Les Mills)
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Working with Children's Check
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
• Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends is essential

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
