Job summary

Belgravia Leisure invites passionate group fitness instructors to join our Mullumbimby venue. You will lead group fitness classes, with a spotlight on Aqua-inspired sessions, and contribute to a welcoming, community-focused gym atmosphere.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, and successful applicants will be paid a competitive sessional rate. Free facility access and career growth opportunities are available within our growing Australian and New Zealand footprint.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Active compliance with safety and first aid requirements.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Teach group fitness classes at the Mullumbimby venue, including Aqua sessions.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and safety during classes.
• Participate in a supportive team environment and adhere to scheduling requirements.

The Role

We are looking for amazing group fitness instructors to teach at our venue. In particular those who have previously undertaken Aqua. All Group Fitness Instructors will be paid an impressive sessional rate.

Skills & Attributes:

• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
• Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Relevant Program Certification ( eg - Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running and Pilates )
• Working with Children's Check
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
