Job summary

Vittoria Food & Beverage is seeking a Group Financial Accounting Manager to head the Financial Accounting Team and drive growth globally. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee accurate group-wide financial accounting records and reporting, collaborating with the broader Finance team.

The role emphasizes leading people, driving process improvements, and delivering timely financial insights and statutory reporting. Experience in FMCG and a strong commercial mindset are valued.

We have an exciting brand-new opportunity for a savvy Group Financial Accounting Manager to head up our Financial Accounting Team and contribute to the continued growth of the business globally.

The Role

Reporting currently to the CFO, this is a high profile role where you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial accounting records and reporting for the Group, working closely with the wider Finance team and business.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and development of the Financial Accounting team.
• Driving improvements in systems, internal controls, processes and procedures.
• Delivery of timely and accurate monthly financial accounts and insights.
• Delivery of monthly management and board reporting packs.
• Ownership and overseeing Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Statutory, Tax and Audit obligation management.
• Treasury/Cashflow and Foreign Exchange management.
• Ensuring compliance with policy and accounting standards.
• Delivering on company‑wide expense targets and driving responsibility back to Department heads.

To be considered for this key position, you must have:

• Solid experience as a Financial Accounting Manager from a medium to large sized organisation, ideally from within a FMCG environment.
• Proven ability to drive change, work with senior stakeholders and to challenge the status quo.
• A stable career history showing progression and personal growth.
• Self-drive and be looking for a fast-track career in a challenging environment.
• Strong MS Excel skills and use of BI tools.
• High attention to detail and best practice focused.
• Outstanding leadership qualities and willingness to grow and mentor the team.
• Strong customer service orientation and a strong commercial mindset.
