Job summary

Allura Partners is partnering with a construction business to recruit a Group Finance Manager in Sydney. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will lead the Group Finance team and own key quarterly and statutory reporting, working with regional finance teams and senior management.

You will drive group consolidations, oversee balance sheet governance and financial control, coordinate external audits, and support development of the finance function across the group.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with Big 4 training.
• 5+ years in financial reporting or technical accounting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience preparing or reviewing consolidated financials.
• Experience with multi-currency group consolidations and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly group reporting to the parent entity and prepare statutory financial statements.
• Manage group consolidations, including foreign currency translation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate the external audit process and covenant reporting.
• Own balance sheet governance and financial control across the group.
• Support and develop members of the Group Finance team.
