FourQuarters Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to own group reporting and consolidation across multiple entities. You will strengthen internal controls and drive governance to support a fast-growing technology business.

The role reports to the CFO and leads an eight‑person finance team, delivering timely financial insights. You will partner with senior stakeholders across finance, operations and technology while supporting audits and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading group consolidation and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Strong governance, controls and audit readiness.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑performing finance team in a tech‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group consolidation across entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of eight, fostering capability development and high-performance culture.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting with analysis, commentary and insights.
• Manage group‑level financial controls, reconciliations and governance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, operations and technology.
• Support audit processes, statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Drive process improvements across the group finance function.
• Contribute to systems optimisation and reporting enhancements as the business scales.
