Job summary

ASX-listed company headquartered on Sydney's North Shore is seeking a CA-qualified Group Reporting Manager to own end-to-end group reporting for a global operation. Hybrid role: 2 days from home, with a salary of AUD 170k–180k plus super and bonus.

You will oversee half-year and full-year statutory statements, monthly consolidated management reports, global multi-currency consolidations, the annual audit, and lead a team of group accountants while partnering with group tax, treasury and senior

Qualifications

• CA qualified, Big 4 trained with international reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Consolidated statutory financial statements (half-year and full-year).
• Prepare monthly consolidated management reports.
• Provide technical guidance on acquisition activity.
• Own global, multi-currency consolidations.
• Lead the annual audit process.
• Collaborate with global finance teams (group tax and treasury).
• Lead a team of Group Accountants.
• Interface with senior stakeholders and drive process improvements.

• Half year and full year consolidated statutory financial statements
• Prepare monthly consolidated management reports
• Provide technical guidance on acquisition activity
• Ownership of global, multi-currency consolidations
• Take a lead on the annual audit process
• Work closely with global finance teams including group tax and group treasury
• Lead a team of technically strong Group Accountants
• Be the key point of contact for a variety of senior stakeholders across the organisation
• Lead on process improvement initiatives

To be successful, you will be a CA qualified, Big 4 trained Group Reporting Manager with experience working at an ASX business in a technical reporting capacity. You will be a self starter, highly motivated, and not afraid to challenge the status quo. You will have demonstrated leadership experience, be comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment, and be able to confidently tell the story behind the numbers while maintaining an accurate set of consolidated accounts.
