Qualifications

• CPA, CA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in a finance leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with inventory costing and manufacturing reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR and GL.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Provide financial insights to senior management.
• Develop and lead the finance team.
