Job summary

Belgravia Health and Leisure Group Pty Ltd seeks enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our Genesis Fitness network. Qualified in reformer training, you will lead classes, ensure safety, and provide excellent client service in a dynamic team environment.

New graduates with reformer training encouraged to apply; flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential, with a commitment to ongoing in-house training and compliance with child-safe policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with strong communication.
• Proven ability to engage clients and support a friendly class environment.
• Working with Children Check and Senior First Aid are required.
• Current CPR and Infection Control training.
• Willingness to participate in in-house training and police checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct Reformer Pilates classes.
• Prepare and run sessions with enthusiasm and safety in mind.
• Ensure participants are registered and follow gym policies.
• Maintain equipment and gym cleanliness after classes.
• Participate in ongoing training and assessments.

The Role

Genesis is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Reformer PilatesInstructors to work with a great team. If you think you are a star performer packing classes with your passion, skill and with the support of the world’s leading then Genesis Fitness is for you.

Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field, new graduates with reformer training are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Attributes:

• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
• Relevant Program Certification (eg Reformer Pilates)
• Working with Children's Check
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Infection Control Training certificate (COVID-19)
• Prepared to participate in in-house training
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential

Desirable:

• Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
• Willingness to complete Freestyle Instructor course if required
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or relevant body preferred

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
