Genesis Fitness Clubs in Port Macquarie is seeking enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructors. Qualified in Freestyle, Barre, Pilates Mat, or Yoga with fitness credentials, you will lead engaging classes and contribute to a welcoming community.

Applicants should hold Cert III in Fitness or equivalent, possess current first aid and CPR, WWCC, and be ready for in-house training. Availability for evenings and weekends is essential; join our vibrant network of clubs across Australia.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Cert III in Fitness or equivalent.
• Group exercise qualifications such as Les Mills GEL are preferred.
• Current first aid and CPR certifications are required.
• Working with Children Check is mandatory.
• Able to participate in in-house training.
• Police check will be conducted as part of employment.

The Role

Genesis is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Group Exercise Instructors to work with a great team. If you think you are a star performer packing classes with your passion, skill and with the support of the world’s leading then Genesis Fitness is for you.

Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field such as;

• Freestyle Trained
• Barre, Pilates Mat, or Yoga specific

Skills & Attributes:

• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
• Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
• Willingness to complete Freestyle Instructor course if required
• Working with Children's Check
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Infection Control Training certificate (COVID-19)
• Relevant Program Certification ( eg - Reformer, Yoga, Barre, Boxing, Pilates etc )
• Prepared to participate in in-house training
• Current fitness registration with AusActive or relevant body preferred
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
