Initiative Sydney is seeking a Group Business Director to lead one of our flagship financial services clients. You’ll oversee a team of about a dozen and partner with the Managing Partner to shape strategy across offline/ATL, digital and addressable media, delivering strong client outcomes.

The role is a permanent position in Sydney with hybrid working: three days in the office and two from home, with a culture of collaboration, accountability and performance across the client portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Ideal 13+ years' experience in Marketing, Advertising and Media.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
• Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Deliver financial and performance goals across the client portfolio.
