Job summary

BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort is seeking a hands-on Grounds Team member to keep our lawns, gardens and outdoor spaces looking fresh and inviting. Join a fun, energetic team at one of Australia's best holiday resorts and play a key role in guest satisfaction and curb appeal.

You will operate and maintain mowers and grounds equipment, perform general upkeep to ensure the resort stays safe, clean and guest-ready, and take pride in delivering reliable outdoor work in a resort environment.

• Experience with grounds maintenance, lawns and gardens.
• Reliable, hands-on, and a team player.
