Job summary

Palm Lake Resort Pty in Forster is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain our resort grounds to a high standard. This full-time role runs 38 hours per week from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and involves hands-on care of gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and visual appeal year-round.

You will trim hedges and trees, mow and edge, apply herbicides, prune vegetation, water and maintain irrigation, and oversee outdoor presentation of facilities including BBQ and

Qualifications

• Relevant gardening experience in a similar role.
• Cert III in Horticulture or equivalent is advantageous.
• ACDC chemical licence is advantageous.
• Ability to use equipment such as push mower, ride on mower, hedge trimmer, whipper snipper and blower.
• Possess the physical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending, lifting and carrying.
• Initiative and the ability to work with limited supervision.

• Ensure all mechanical equipment and tools are kept in good working order

We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Groundskeeper to join our Palm Lake Resort Forster team and help keep our resort grounds in pristine condition.

This is a Full Time role, working 38 hours per week between 6am to 6pm Monday to Fridayin a hands-on capacity to maintain our gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas, ensuring they are safe, clean, and visually appealing. Your work will be essential to ensuring the resort grounds are presented to a high standard for our residents and visitors year-round.
