Job summary

Land Lease SPV Singleton Pty Ltd – Singleton NSW is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to join our friendly caravan park. This full-time role supports the Manager in day-to-day operations, helping ensure the park runs smoothly, presents well, and that guests have a great stay.

Key duties include grounds maintenance, facility cleanliness and safety checks, and assisting with after-hours call-outs when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or property management preferred.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with practical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team; basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance including mowing, cleaning, and minor repairs.

About the Role

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or property management (preferred but not essential)
