Job summary

Ingenia Communities seeks a Full-Time Grounds & Maintenance Officer for Latitude One Lifestyle in Australia. You will maintain outdoor spaces, perform repairs, and coordinate contractor work to uphold high standards while managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Hold a current C Class manual driver’s licence.
• Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance.
• Proactive, positive attitude and clear communication.
• Comfortable with manual tasks (lifting, bending) and using tools.
• Understand PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control to keep the site welcoming.
• Carry out general repairs and upkeep across accommodation, pool areas, and equipment with quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets within financial guidelines.
• Conduct WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and document maintenance activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with team members and respond to resident queries to support a positive workplace culture.

We’re on the lookout for a Full-Time Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Latitude OneLifestyle site.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming - ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well-maintained environment every day.

In this Role, You’ll

• Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

You’re Likely a Match If You

• Hold a current “C” Class manual driver’s licence.
