Job summary

Downer Group is partnering with Homes Victoria to deliver essential property maintenance services in Victoria. This role supervises cleaning, gardening, lawns and waste services across the allocated area, contributing to safe, reliable service delivery for Homes Victoria residents and communities.

You will lead Service Delivery Partners, ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning, gardening, lawns and grounds maintenance
• Ability to coordinate subcontracted workforces across multiple sites
• Strong focus on safety and quality of service delivery

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day cleaning, gardening, lawns, grounds and waste services to approved schedules and standards.
• Monitor service quality through inspections and audits, and take corrective actions.
• Provide frontline supervision to Service Delivery Partners with clear expectations and scope compliance.
• Ensure services meet contract requirements, site access rules and environmental obligations.
• Use works management systems to confirm completed services and record defects/follow-ups.
