Job summary

Skydive Australia seeks a dedicated Ground Crew and Parachute Packer in Byron Bay to join our team. You will support instructors, prepare customers for skydives, and help coordinate parachute landings while strictly following safety protocols.

We require physical fitness, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. A Packer B licence is mandatory for parachute packing, and flexibility to work weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for outdoor work.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Detail-oriented with safety focus.
• Packer B licence required for parachute packing.

Responsibilities

• Support instructors in preparing and training customers for skydives.
• Assist in coordinating parachute landings.
• Follow safety procedures and protocol.
• Inspecting and packing parachutes in accordance to guidelines.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when needed.
