Skydive Australia, part of the Experience Co. group, is seeking a Casual Bus Driver based in Byron Bay to safely transport customers as part of our tourism operations.

Will drive a large coaster bus between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast, deliver exceptional customer service, and work flexible hours including early starts, weekends and public holidays.

This casual role offers approximately 25–40 hours per week with opportunities to grow within a leading adventure tourism company.

Formación

• A current Australian Driver Licence.
• A current NSW Driver Authority (QLD Driver Authority is advantageous).

Responsabilidades

• Safely operating a large coaster bus while transporting customers between locations
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our customers
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders
• Completing required administration and using relevant IT systems effectively
• Demonstrating a high level of initiative, independence and reliability in your day-to-day work
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained to a high standard and reporting any issues promptly
• Following all relevant road safety, company and operational procedures
• Following directives from the Drop Zone Manager as requested

About you

You are an experienced Bus Driver with exceptional customer service skills and a strong knowledge of the road networks across the Byron Bay and Gold Coast areas. You are confident driving passengers safely and professionally and enjoy creating a positive experience for our customers.

You will be reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working in a busy tourism environment. You will also be flexible and willing to travel between locations as required to support our operations.

You must hold:

• A current Australian Driver Licence
• A current NSW Driver Authority (QLD Driver Authority is advantageous)
