Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a Ground Crewman Mission Support course trainer to deliver LMP training material at SAA. You will assess IETs and coordinate with Army Aviation Training Centre, while complying with defence policies.

Required are an instructional background, strong communication, and security clearance eligibility. You will work in barracks or field environments, ensuring safety and environmental standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Instructional and Assessor experience.
• CERT IV TAE 16 or higher.
• Specialist Combat Communications Course.
• Avn GCMS CP Op CH47F and UH60M.
• Trained in Defence Aviation Non-Technical Skills.
• Trained in Defence aviation and Military Risk Management.
• Airside Level 1 and 2 trained.
• Excellent communication to convey complex technical information.
• Commitment to safety procedures in aviation maintenance.
• Australian citizenship and security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform Qualified Assessor and Trade Testing Officer functions as directed.
• Conduct GCMS training in barracks or field environment.
• Review and amend courseware and handouts per policy.
• Contribute to the review and amendment of LMP as directed.
• Oversee the review and authorisation of the sections ePEX.
• Understand and comply with WHS and Defence safety standards.
• Comply with Defence environmental management policies.
