Petbarn Midland is seeking a talented Pet Stylist stepping into a Grooming Salon Manager role. The candidate will clip and scissor across breeds, train a capable team, and drive service excellence. A focus on supervision of grooming operations, bookings, and customer care is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional grooming experience.
• Ability to complete all grooming services without supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment and breed/coat types.
• Ability to provide consultation, quoting, bookings, invoicing, ordering and operations tasks.
• Complete at least 6-8 grooming services per day.
• Strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.

We have an amazing opportunity for a talented and experienced Pet Stylist looking to become a Grooming Salon Manager at Petbarn Midland.

As a Salon Manager you must be able to clip and scissor across all breeds and train and develop a passionate team.

What do we need?

• The successful candidates will have a strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.

As part of this process, you will be asked to complete a two-hour grooming trial.
