Job summary

Petbarn Kedron is seeking an experienced Pet Stylist to step into a Grooming Salon Manager role. You will clip and scissor across all breeds and lead a passionate grooming team.

This position offers opportunities for skill development, mentoring from a Grooming Development Manager, and potential certificate training. A staff discount and uniform/equipment support are included, with a stable income.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional grooming experience.
• The ability to complete all grooming services without supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment and breed/coat types.
• The ability to provide consultation quoting, bookings, invoicing, ordering and operational tasks.
• Be able to complete all aspects of operations management and team management.
• Complete at least 6-8 grooming services per day.
• Strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.

As a Salon Manager you must be able to clip and scissor across all breeds and train and develop a passionate team.
