Job summary

Petbarn in Morayfield is seeking an experienced Grooming Salon Manager to lead our grooming team and deliver exceptional client service.

You will clip and scissor across breeds, train a passionate team, manage bookings, invoicing, and operations, and drive a supportive culture with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional grooming experience.
• The ability to complete all grooming services without supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques equipment and breed/coat types.
• The ability to provide consultation quoting, bookings, invoicing ordering and operational tasks.
• Be able to complete all aspects of operations management and team management.
• Complete at least 6-8 grooming services per day.
• The successful candidates will have a strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Clip and scissor across breeds and train and develop a passionate grooming team.

• Provide consultation, quoting, bookings, invoicing, and ordering.
• Manage operations and lead the grooming team to ensure high standards.

As a Salon Manager you must be able to clip and scissor across all breeds and train and develop a passionate team.

What do we need?
