Petbarn in Epping is seeking an experienced Grooming Salon Manager to lead and develop a talented grooming team. The role requires clipping and scissoring across all breeds and the ability to train staff toward excellent grooming standards.

Successful candidates will manage consultations, bookings, invoicing, ordering and day-to-day operations while delivering a stable, rewarding grooming career with growth opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional grooming experience.
• The ability to complete all grooming services without supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment and breed/coat types.
• Strong customer service orientation and dog handling skills.

What do we need?

• 3 years of professional grooming experience


• The ability to complete all grooming services without supervision


• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques equipment and breed/coat types


• The ability to provide consultation quoting, bookings, invoicing ordering and operational tasksBe able to complete all aspects of operations management and team management


• Complete at least 6-8 grooming services per day


• The successful candidates will have a strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.

As part of this process, you will be asked to complete a two-hour grooming trial.
