Petbarn in Pennant Hills, NSW, is seeking a Grooming Salon Manager who can clip and scissor across all breeds, train and develop a passionate team, and oversee daily salon operations.

You will lead by example, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive growth through coaching, scheduling, and quality control. The role includes a two‑hour grooming trial and a guaranteed full-time income with bonus potential.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of professional grooming experience
• Ability to complete all grooming services without supervision
• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment and breed/coat types
• Ability to provide consultation, quoting, bookings, invoicing and operational tasks
• Ability to manage operations and lead a team
• Complete at least 6-8 grooming services per day

We have an amazing opportunity for a talented and experienced Pet Stylist looking to become a Grooming Salon Manager at Petbarn in our salon in Pennant Hills.

As a Salon Manager you must be able to clip and scissor across all breeds and train and develop a passionate team.

What do we need?

• The ability to provide consultation quoting, bookings, invoicing ordering and operational tasks


• Be able to complete all aspects of operations management and team management


• Complete at least 6-8 grooming services per day

The successful candidates will have a strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.

As part of this process, you will be asked to complete a two-hour grooming trial.
