Job summary

Ritchies Supa IGA in Stawell is seeking a hands-on Co-Ordinator to support grocery floor operations. You will handle ticket printing and placement, price checks, assist customers on the floor, and help replenish shelves and displays while keeping the store tidy.

This is not an office/administrative role; you will be required to be on the grocery floor and contribute to a positive customer experience with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail support experience or a desire to learn.
• A bright personality and positive attitude.
• Passion for service with an over and above attitude towards customers.
• Ability to participate in manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ticket printing, ticket placement, and price checking.
