Ritchies Supa IGA in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic team within our community-focused supermarket and liquor store. The role involves developing the management team, coordinating rostering, ordering and shelf replenishment, and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment while achieving KPI targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
