Qualifications
- Experience in heavy industry hydraulic, lubrication and drive systems.
- Strong design and engineering capability in mining or industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication and technical report writing skills.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities; able to manage deadlines.
- Experience with CAD and PLM tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, Enovia PLM).
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain lubrication and drive train specifications for Horizontal Grinding Mill products.
- Provide technical expertise across hydraulic, lubrication and drive systems.
- Support project delivery, sourcing and on-site teams with technical guidance.
- Review deviations, manufacturing quality issues and component replacements.
- Participate in product development, engineering improvements and risk assessments.
- Support technical investigations into product failures and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain engineering tools, standards and documentation.
- Deliver technical training to internal teams, suppliers and customers.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to improve efficiency, quality and execution processes.
