Job summary

Steersons Steakhouse in Sydney is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to lead a busy grill section, cooking premium steaks and proteins across temperatures with confidence. You will supervise junior staff, maintain high kitchen standards and support the Head Chef in service leadership.

A pathway within Eviva Group, a 40+ hour week and Time in Lieu for approved extra hours, are offered along with progression opportunities in premium Australian produce and a fire-led steakhouse menu.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant.
• Strong hands-on grill experience; premium meat knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of sauces, reductions and service finishing.

Responsibilities

• Run a busy grill section with consistency, accuracy and timing.
• Cook premium steaks and proteins across temperatures.
• Prepare and finish sauces to a high standard.
• Support Head Chef with leadership and kitchen standards.
• Guide junior chefs and maintain organisation, hygiene and waste controls.
