Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU is seeking a talented Chef de Partie for an exciting opportunity within a well-established hospitality venue in South Australia. The role focuses on quality ingredients, premium meat preparation, and delivering consistently high standards of food.

You will take ownership of your kitchen section, prepare a diverse menu featuring steaks, ribs, grilled dishes, burgers, pizzas and more, while supporting the Head Chef and junior staff. Visa sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience as Chef, Chef de Partie or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook premium steaks, ribs and grilled meats.
• Produce burgers, pizzas, sauces, sides and other menu items.
• Maintain high standard of dish presentation and portions.
• Carry out mise en place for efficient service.
• Monitor food quality and portions sizes.
