Grace Group’s Removals division is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee service delivery, resource planning, and workforce leadership across a busy removal operation in Australia. You will drive safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction while coordinating with sales and admin teams.

Applicants should demonstrate proven leadership, organisational ability and strong computer literacy. A track record in logistics or removals is highly regarded, with a focus on cost control and policy

Job description

Working for the Removals business division of the Grace group of companies, you will be calling on your previous operations and management experience whilst using the skills and techniques we will teach you to achieve our company objectives. This is client focused role with an opportunity to make a difference.

What will you be doing?

• Controlling and managing a superior service delivery to our clients
• Manage Branch operations, labour and vehicle resources in order to achieve delivery and service objectives
• Manage and lead the operations personnel ensuring adherence to standard procedures
• Plan, manage and review all fleet repairs and visual maintenance
• Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
• Comply with company policy and legislative requirements relation to Work Health and Safety, storage and handling of dangerous goods, quality assurance, environmental protection, traffic laws and Federal and State Government Regulations.
• Manage operational costs against budgets and targets as set by the Branch Manager
• Manage and maintain property, plant and site security
