Grace Group is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant in Brisbane to engage clients by phone and email, determine removal and storage needs, and prepare quotes for domestic and international moves.

You will book in-home consultations for our sales consultants, leveraging your service and sales experience to hit KPIs within a supportive team environment.

What will you be doing?

As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be speaking with clients over the phone and via email to establish their removal and storage requirements while promoting our services, creating quotations for both domestic and international moves and organizing in-home consultations for our sales consultants.

You will be calling on your previous customer service and sales experience while using the skills and techniques we will teach you to achieve our sales objectives. You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team with the objective to meeting set KPI’s.

You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary + super + commission. The commission structure is uncapped, so if you can exceed your budget there will be even more in it for you. You will be working with some great people and will be supported by a sales team that has extensive industry experience. Annual salary reviews, industry and sales training will be provided.

What you must have to apply for this role:

• Appointment setting and/or consultant diary management experience
• The ability to learn a new industry
• Excellent computer and administration skills
• Self-motivation
• Great communication skills both written and verbal

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• Previous experience selling in a service environment
• A proven track record of over achievement in a consultative sales role
• Advanced follow up and closing skills
• Industry experience
