Job summary

EBS Consultants in Sydney is seeking an ESD consultant to advance Green Star work. The role involves managing Green Star projects from design to submission, performing energy and daylight modelling, and leading client workshops.

You will advise on design, materials and compliance up to project completion, including site inspections and QA reviews. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in ESD or energy consulting, Green Star experience, and GSAP accreditation.

Qualifications

Run Green Star projects from design to submission.
Carry out energy and daylight modelling for Green Star and related standards.
Knowledge of NCC, Section J and J1V3.
GSAP accreditation is essential.
Experience in life cycle assessment, embodied carbon, NABERS or precinct sustainability is a plus.
Residential BASIX and NatHERS experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Manage Green Star projects from design to submission with clients and project teams.
Perform energy and daylight modelling for Green Star, Section J and J1V3.
Lead Green Star workshops and client meetings.
Advise on design, materials and compliance through completion, including site QA.
Prepare fee proposals and expand Green Star work; build client relationships.
Prepare and review Section J, J1V3 and ESD reports.
