Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to evaluate AI-generated creative outputs and provide high-quality human feedback. The role covers graphic design, UI/UX, video editing, and motion graphics, with expertise in Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools.

Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. The contractor will review outputs for quality and realism, annotate results, and help refine creative workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficient in graphic design, video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience designing UI/UX and multimedia content for AI-related projects.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI outputs.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Creative & Design Specialist

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You’ll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Scope of Work

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
