Job summary

Possability Group is seeking a versatile Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team. You'll bring ideas to life across print, digital, video and social content. This is a full-time 6-month contract with a hybrid setup—2–3 days in our West Footscray office and the remaining days remote.

You'll collaborate with designers and creatives to shape our brands. If you have a portfolio showing design and motion work and enjoy a social enterprise environment that supports

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in graphic design or multimedia design.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Good eye for typography, layout, colour and composition.
• Experience designing for print and digital, with video editing and motion graphics.
• Creative curiosity and willingness to suggest better ways.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility and quality work.
• Not-for-profit or disability sector experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs across print, digital, social media, campaigns and events.
• Edit video, develop motion graphics and animated content for digital channels.
• Shape creative concepts and realise ideas across formats.
• Use existing footage and assets to produce polished content.
• Collaborate with designers, Marketing, Communications and teams across the business.
• Bring fresh ideas, ask questions and find creative solutions.
• Keep brands consistent, accessible and looking their best.
