Job summary

Possability Group is seeking a versatile Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team in a hybrid role at West Footscray. This full-time, 6-month contract offers 2–3 days in-office with remaining days remote, and potential extension.

You’ll design for print, digital, social channels, and events, plus edit video and motion graphics to bring stories to life. We value creativity, collaboration, and a portfolio demonstrating versatility.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in graphic design, multimedia design or a similar creative role.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs across print, digital, social media, campaigns and events.
• Edit video, developing motion graphics and creating animated content for digital channels.
• Help shape creative concepts and bring ideas to life across different formats.
• Work with existing footage and assets to produce polished, engaging content.
• Collaborate with other designers, Marketing, Communications and teams across the business.
• Bring fresh ideas, asking questions and finding creative ways to solve problems.
• Help keep our brands consistent, accessible and looking their best.
