Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in graphic design or multimedia design.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good eye for typography, layout, colour and composition.
• Experience designing for print and digital, with video editing and motion graphics.
• Creative curiosity; ability to think beyond the brief and propose better ideas.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Portfolio showing diverse, creative work.
• Not-for-profit or disability/community services sector experience is a bonus.

We're looking for a versatile Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team at Possability Group.

This is a full-time, 6-month opportunity with the possibility of extending. You'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, spending 2–3 days a week collaborating with the team at our West Footscray office, with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.

One week you might be designing a campaign, creating digital assets or working on a publication. The next, you could be editing video, developing motion graphics or bringing a story to life for social media.

You'll work alongside a team of designers and creatives, helping shape how our brands look, feel and connect with people.

What you'll be doing

What you'll bring

• • Around 2–5 years' experience in graphic design, multimedia design or a similar creative role.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, plus Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
  • A good eye for typography, layout, colour and composition.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital, with skills in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Creative curiosity. You're someone who thinks beyond the brief and isn't afraid to suggest a better way.
  • The ability to juggle different projects, adapt when priorities change and work well with others.
  • A portfolio that shows your creative thinking, versatility and the work you're proud of.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit, disability or community services sector is a bonus, but not essential.
