Job summary

Possability Group is seeking a versatile Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team in Melbourne. This hybrid role combines graphic design with video, motion, and animation to bring campaigns to life for our social enterprise audience.

You'll work 2–3 days at the West Footscray office, with remote days available, on campaigns, publications, and digital content. A 2–5 year track record and strong Adobe CC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Around 2-5 years' experience in graphic design, multimedia design or a similar creative role.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, plus Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• A good eye for typography, layout, colour and composition.
• Experience designing for both print and digital, with skills in video editing and motion graphics.
• Creative curiosity and problem solving; ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A portfolio that shows creativity, versatility and quality work.
• Not-for-profit, disability or community services sector experience is a bonus.

We're looking for a versatile Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team at Possability Group.

This is a full-time, 6-month opportunity with the possibility of extending. You'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, spending 2-3 days a week collaborating with the team at our West Footscray office, with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.

One week you might be designing a campaign, creating digital assets or working on a publication. The next, you could be editing video, developing motion graphics or bringing a story to life for social media.

You'll work alongside a team of designers and creatives, helping shape how our brands look, feel and connect with people.

What you'll be doing
