We're looking for a seriously creative individual with an exceptional eye for design, photography and visual storytelling to join the Boldstone team.

Someone who can take a beautiful location, a new development or a simple idea and turn it into polished, engaging content that people actually want to look at.

This is a hands-on creative role combining graphic design, photography, videography and social media content creation.

What you'll be doing

• Creating beautiful, high-quality photography and video content showcasing our land developments, homes, architecture and lifestyle.
• Producing polished social media content, including reels, still imagery, campaigns and digital advertising.
• Designing marketing collateral including brochures, pamphlets, sales presentations and property marketing material.
• Working within our existing brand identity while bringing fresh ideas and strong creative direction.
• Capturing the lifestyle surrounding our developments - landscapes, architecture, people, communities and everything that makes a place desirable.
• Taking ownership of creative projects, from initial concept through to finished content.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to create compelling content without needing to be constantly directed.

Who we're looking for

Someone with exceptional visual taste and a genuine passion for beautiful imagery and design.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong graphic design skills and an excellent understanding of composition, typography and branding.
• Proven photography and videography skills, including editing and post-production.
• Experience producing premium, aesthetically refined social media content.
• A strong eye for architecture, property, interiors and lifestyle imagery.
• The ability to work within an established brand while continually elevating its presentation.
• Creativity, initiative and the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table.
• High attention to detail and pride in producing exceptional work.

Experience in property development, architecture, lifestyle or luxury brand marketing would be highly regarded.
