Job summary

Arriba Group is seeking a Graphic Designer - Design & Social Media Coordinator to support branding across Rehab Management and LiveBig. This hybrid role blends design work with social content creation, offering variety and real-world impact.

You’ll build on-brand visuals, schedule campaigns, and contribute to podcasts and video assets while learning across marketing channels in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and social content work.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Basic video editing ability for social and events.
• Organised, proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple briefs.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design on-brand collateral like brochures, flyers, templates and digital assets.
• Create campaign visuals and adapt them across formats and channels.
• Plan, create and schedule social content.
• Edit basic video for social, events and podcasts.
• Maintain and prioritise marketing requests in Monday.com.

What you'll be doing

• Designing on-brand collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, templates, email signatures and digital assets
• Creating campaign visuals adapting them across formats and channels
• Planning, creating and scheduling social content
• Doing basic video editing for social, internal events and awards, and coordinating our quarterly podcast
• Looking after the team's Monday.com board and prioritising the marketing requests that come in from across the business

What you'll bring

• Relevant (or close to completed) qualifications with a portfolio that shows both graphic design and social content
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), plus Canva and Microsoft 365
• Basic video editing skills and confidence creating content for social
• An organised, proactive approach. You can juggle several briefs and work out what matters most.
• A sharp eye for detail and strong written communication
