Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Tender & Grants Officer to drive end-to-end tender and grant submissions for Community and Mission services. You will identify opportunities, perform research, coordinate stakeholders and craft high-quality proposals.

The role emphasizes strong writing, analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while aligning with our values of integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing of grants and tenders.
• Strong research abilities to gather evidence for proposals.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience tailoring content for different funding bodies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and submission of grant applications and tenders across Community and Mission.
• Research funding opportunities and gather evidence to strengthen proposals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop service models and translate ideas into compelling submissions.
• Draft, review and edit high-quality tender and grant responses tailored to funding requirements.
• Track tender and grant activity, maintain records and ensure compliance and deadlines.
