The City of Boroondara is seeking an Economic Development Officer to provide project support, grant administration and stakeholder liaison for local businesses in the Camberwell area. You will join the Local Economies Team and help deliver projects that strengthen shopping centres, trader associations and the wider business community.

• Experience supporting economic development projects or similar.
• Ability to engage with businesses, traders and community stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Support planning, delivery and evaluation of economic development projects, programs and events.
• Provide advice and assistance to businesses, trader associations and community stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local traders and industry partners.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other business documentation.
• Manage project administration, stakeholder communications and record keeping.
• Respond to enquiries from businesses, residents and trader associations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team projects.
