Job summary

City of Boroondara's Economic Development team seeks an experienced professional to support grant programs and projects across local traders and businesses. You will coordinate activities, liaise with stakeholders and prepare documentation to help deliver economic development initiatives.

Based in Camberwell, the role focuses on project support, communications and administration to strengthen local economies and engagement with the business community.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, delivery and evaluation of projects, programs and events.
• Provide advice and assistance to businesses, trader associations and community stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with local traders, businesses and industry partners.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other business documents.
• Manage project administration, stakeholder communications and record keeping.
• Respond to enquiries from businesses, residents and trader associations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team projects.
• Undertake other duties to support the Economic Development team.
