Job summary

Maitland City Council is seeking a Grants Officer to support the administration of the Grants Framework, assisting in the preparation and submission of grants for internal and external stakeholders.

In this full-time role, you will identify funding opportunities, coordinate grant programs and contribute to compelling grant applications that deliver meaningful outcomes for our community, from application through to acquittal, while guiding stakeholders through the grants process.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Strong professionalism, attention to detail and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of the Grants Framework from application to acquittal.
• Identify funding opportunities and coordinate grant programs.
• Support preparation and submission of grant applications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to compelling grant applications that deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders navigating the grants process.
