Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation is seeking a proactive Grants Administrator to support the Grants Program. This part-time role (0.6 FTE, 3 days per week, with potential to move to full-time) involves governance, administration and stakeholder communication to enable the Foundation’s health-focused mission.

You will work closely with the Grants Team and cross-functional units, managing grants lifecycle tasks, data entry, reporting and meetings, while ensuring high levels of accuracy and

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced administrative role
• Familiarity with grant programs in not-for-profit organisations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with strong document prep

Responsabilités

• Coordinate grants administration across the full lifecycle from enquiry to acquittal.
• Draft and coordinate grant-related correspondence including letters and outcomes.
• Maintain audit-ready grant records and filing system.
• Manage the grants management system data entry and quality checks.
• Support reporting for funders and governance bodies.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes for committees and boards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on processes and timelines.
• Assist with invoicing queries and payment status tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements and governance enhancements.
