Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Funding & Grants Administrator to join our Centre Support Team in Murarrie, Queensland. You will coordinate funding applications, manage records and ensure compliance across government-funded kindergarten programs.

You’ll monitor deadlines, prepare acquittals, track allocations and respond to enquiries from centres and stakeholders while building strong relationships across our organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with funding programs, compliance, reporting and grants administration.
• End-to-end experience with grants administration.
• Strong administration and coordination experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, reports and financial information.
• Ability to build relationships across a large organisation.
• Well-developed organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Current Working with Children Check for the state or territory.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate funding applications and supporting documentation.
