Job summary

ADM Windsor, Ontario grain terminal is seeking a Maintenance Millwright. Normal hours are Mon–Fri, 7:00AM–3:00PM, with overtime, on an hourly unionized basis. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, preventive maintenance, and assisting with vessel offloading as needed.

The role requires a journeyman ticket and two years of experience, with strong mechanical aptitude, reading drawings, and high safety standards. Excellent teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a journeyman ticket and strong mechanical competence.
• Experience with plant equipment maintenance and repair is required.
• Must read drawings and documentation and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting mechanical failures on plant equipment.
• Repairing, rebuilding and maintaining conveyors, gearboxes and mill components.
• Work as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors.
• Read equipment drawings and document work performed.
• Support preventive maintenance and after-hours responses as needed.
