Job summary

Agri Talent Pty recruiting a Commercial Partnerships Manager for an Australian grain trading client. You will source pulses, cereals and oilseeds from northern Victoria, NSW, SA and Queensland, building grower relationships and using market intelligence to identify buying opportunities.

You will coordinate movements to packing and end-user facilities, negotiate contracts, monitor markets, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Australian grain markets and commodity pricing.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain grower, broker and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to identify and secure quality grain at competitive market prices.
• Capacity to work autonomously, manage priorities and take ownership of your workflow.
• Strong organisation, record keeping and CRM capability.

Responsibilities

• Source and accumulate pulses, oilseeds and grains across key growing regions.
• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with growers, brokers and freight providers.
• Monitor grain markets, commodity pricing, crop conditions and competitor activity.
• Negotiate competitive purchasing opportunities and execute grain contracts.
• Provide timely market and grower intelligence to support trading decisions.
• Coordinate accumulated grain movements to packing, storage and end-user facilities.
• Maintain accurate accumulation, contract, stock and grower information within business systems.
