Job summary

GrainCorp in Charlton is seeking a permanent Grain Handler to join our team. You will be based at the Charlton site, with occasional travel to other local sites as needed.

The role involves receiving and handling grain, cleaning and on-site hygiene, and weighbridge operation, with ongoing training and safety programs. A driver’s license and proof of working rights are required, and a pre-employment medical may be conducted.

Job description

Role: Grain Handler
Location: Charlton
Rate: between $29-$34 per hour

We areseeking a Grain Handlerfor permanent position to join our team based in Charlton. At times you may also be required to travel to other local sites.

A Grain Handlersupports local growers and customers by receiving, storing, maintaining and out-loading grain. The role will also entail:

• Receiving and handling grain
• Cleaning and hygiene on site
• Weighbridge operation
