Boeing Defence Australia invites graduates to join their 24-month Graduate Program as a Graduate Software Engineer. Permanent full-time positions across Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown, supporting multiple engineering business units within BDA.

You will contribute to development of mission system software with focus on cybersecurity, scalability and performance, design, integration and testing of hardware and software systems, and collaborate with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology (or anticipated graduation before January 2027).
• Australian citizenship with eligibility to obtain Defence Security clearance.
• Interest in contributing to robust mission system software with focus on cyber security, scalability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of robust mission system software with a focus on cyber security, scalability and performance.
• Contribute to the design, development, integration and test of integrated hardware and software systems.
• Write code to solve complex problems.
• Communicate and collaborate with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, in a conscientious and inclusive way to successfully deliver innovative solutions to the Australian Defence Force.
