Quoreka looks for a Graduate Support Engineer to join our Adelaide team to provide front-line support for our mining and grain automation systems. You will work on a 24/7 on-call roster alongside engineering and project teams, with full on-the-job training provided.

This entry-level role requires a relevant tertiary qualification and a willingness to learn, communicate effectively, and support clients to maximise system uptime from Adelaide, Australia.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in a technical field.
• Exposure to control systems or automation environments is advantageous.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 phone support for client systems as part of a 24/7 rotating on-call roster, including after-hours, weekends and public holidays
• Handle email and ticketed support requests as Tier 1 support during business hours
• Respond to and resolve support requests within the timeframes set out in client support agreements
• Log, record and categorise all support requests, and track each item through to completion
• Analyse, reproduce and document defects raised through support channels, escalating to the Engineering team where required
• Resolve support defects, or test rectifications of defects received from the Engineering team
• Undertake regression testing of product releases
• Assist with preparing and delivering releases to production environments, including release artefacts
• Prepare reporting on support items and contribute to support documentation and knowledge articles
