Job summary

Ausenco is inviting new professionals to join a fast-growing, globally active practice. The program supports hands-on resource sector experience, mentorship, and structured rotations across core and non-core options including health and safety and site-based learning.

You’ll gain exposure to challenging projects in a dynamic environment while developing technical and professional skills. Graduates in 2027 who can commence full-time in January 2028 are encouraged to apply.

• Engineering bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil or equivalent.
• Graduating in 2027, with the ability to work full time starting from January 2028.
• You must have full Australian working rights to be eligible for this position.

About You

• Qualifications: Hold an Engineering bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil or equivalent.
• Status: You will be graduating in 2027, with the ability to work full time starting from January 2028.
• Engineering Exposure: While previous industry exposure to engineering is advantageous, it is not essential.
• Eligibility: You must have full Australian working rights to be eligible for this position.
